BONKERS^® x KRISPY KREME^® Limited Edition PURRPOPS^® “Golden Ticket” Giveaway

This “Golden Ticket” Giveaway from BONKERS (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of ZURU LLC (“Sponsor”, “us” or “we”), Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation, or each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and other prize suppliers (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. Internet access is required to participate in the purchase/instant win entry method; the free mail-in entry method does not require internet access. In order to enter the Promotion or receive a prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Promotion. Sponsor will use the email address and other information you provide for eligibility and notification purposes, if you are a winner, so be sure it is accurate and up to date. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

The Promotion begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

There are two ways to enter for your chance to win:

a. Entry with Purchase/Instant Win: During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Walmart retail store in the U.S., and purchase a designated BONKERS x Krispy Kreme^® limited edition Purrpops^® high-protein cat treat product. (Only specially marked products are eligible!) Make sure to keep your original itemized receipt and all product packaging for proof of purchase. After purchase, open your product pack to see whether there is a Golden Ticket. If you find a Golden Ticket, congratulations, you win! Scan the QR code on the back of the ticket and navigate to the Promotion landing page before the end of the Promotion Period, then provide all required information (name, email address, mailing address, unique winning code) and follow the instructions to upload proof of your Golden Ticket and purchase to confirm your win. A member of the BONKERS^® team will then reach out to process your prize delivery.

b. Free Entry Method: To enter the Promotion without making a purchase, hand-print on a plain piece of paper your complete name, complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, telephone number, and date of birth, and mail it together with a photograph of your cat (the photograph must not depict, include, or reference BONKERS^® Krispy Kreme^® Purrpops^® products or packaging in any way) in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to: “BONKERS x Krispy Kreme Golden Ticket Giveaway Free Entry”, 2121 E Maple Ave, El Segundo, CA 90245, to receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Limit one (1) free mail-in entry per person, per day, and one (1) entry per envelope. Entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received no later than seven (7) days after the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible. Mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, mutilated, or misdirected mail. Winners from among the pool of free entry participants will be randomly selected using online software, from among all eligible entries received, within seven (7) days of the end of the Promotion Period.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. Those who do not follow all of the instructions or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Sponsor may run multiple promotions, contests, sweepstakes or other promotions simultaneously. Entry into one (1) promotion, contest or sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other.

Golden Ticket “Prizes” will be awarded, each as follows:

A one-year supply of Krispy Kreme^® Purrpop^® treats from Bonkers^®, consisting of thirty-six (36) packs (four treats per pack).

There will be twenty-five (25) Golden Tickets randomly distributed among designated BONKERS^® Krispy Kreme^® Purrpops^® packs available for purchase from Walmart during the Promotion Period. The total number of Free Entry Method Prizes will be determined based on the number of entries received, not to exceed ten (10) Prizes total. If all Golden Tickets are not found/claimed during the Promotion Period, then Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to award remaining Prizes via random drawing from among all eligible entries received. All Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternate prize of the same ARV. Limit one (1) Prize per person. All Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide a Winner with his/her Prize as described in these Official Rules, the Sponsor may elect to provide the Winner with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. Each Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Prizes, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen Prize or any Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the Winner because of an incorrect or changed email address or user account. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in Participating Loyalty Program terms or conditions that may affect the availability or use of the Prize.

Winner selection and verification will take place in accordance with the Official Rules by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters related to the Promotion are binding and final. “Golden Ticket” Winners will be confirmed by Sponsor upon submission of all required registration information. “Free entry” Winners will be required to respond within five (5) days of initial winner notification email from Sponsor, or that Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be chosen. Prizes will be delivered to the postal address provided by each Winner during registration, following the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information; for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant’s email account to receive email messages; or for failure of a potential winner to contact Sponsor after being selected as a Winner.

Odds of winning a “Golden Ticket” are 1 in 2,352. Odds of winning a Prize via the free mail-in entry method will depend upon the total number of eligible mail-in entries received.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes Winner’s consent that his or her name, and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation, worldwide, in perpetuity and without additional notice, compensation, or consent. Each Winner may be asked to confirm this consent in writing, and failure or refusal to do so within the time period required by Sponsor may result in disqualification, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of prizes, including erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize, and under no circumstances will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If for any reason Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Promotion is severely undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion without further obligation. If Sponsor in its discretion elects to so abbreviate the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all eligible entries received to date. Entries are not returnable.

By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Krispy Kreme Corporation, participating dealers and retailers, affiliates, promotional partners, sales representatives, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any Promotion-related activity, or participation in the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Promotion, including entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. Entrants further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. Entrants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.

As a condition of entering the Promotion, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information entrants provide to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Promotion or on a Promotion winner’s list.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws. BY ENTERING PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

The parties each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Los Angeles, California and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration”, then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in Chicago, IL, New York City, NY, Los Angeles, CA, Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX (whichever is closest to entrant’s residence); provided, however, if none of these locations are convenient for the hearing, the parties may mutually agree on an alternative location. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles, California. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

Vermont residents may omit return postage.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Affidavit will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Affidavit is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on the Website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
